Some random stuff that has nothing to do with anything:

* A porch covered in dead centipedes is not quite as disgusting as a porch covered in live centipedes. The more you know, n'at.

* The next Getting Started with Your DSLR Workshop will be July 21st. If you paid a lot of money for a fancy DSLR camera, it's your chance to really learn how to use it. Registration and further information is over here.
