So Cute It Makes Me Nauseous

If I were slightly less lazy, I'd go looking for the post or ten where I've mentioned that children are evil and they do horrible things to your body. I went 30 years without ever having a single second of motion sickness and then BAM. Alexis ruined me with her mere existence. Since she was born, I've lost the ability to stomach spinny rides at amusement parks and such.

If there's one thing we know about Mila, though, it's that she takes whatever her bigger sister does and she does it BIGGER and BETTER. I went from thinking spinny rides were stupid to OMG WHY DO I GET CAR SICK NOW?

For reals.

How does that even happen? How do you go from being completely capable of being a professional while riding in a car to having to shove everyone out of the way to claim the front seat so you don't puke all over the place? I have lots of questions along these lines.

Basically, this is my way of saying that the turbulence on the flight to the Middle East completely jacked me up. There was a scene in the airplane bathroom, you guys. It was awful. Then I managed to get hit with a migraine which led to more motion sickness and basically I'm not leaving my house once I get home in less than 24 hours. I've held it together for the most part this week, but barely.

This kid is soooo lucky she's cute.
